EUROCODE를 적용하는 첫 프로젝트, EURO CODE가 적용된 자재를 사용해야 했습니다.

KS/ ASTM에 적응되어 있던 저에게 명칭부터가 생소한 부분이 있습니다.

1.H-SHAPE (HEA/ HEB/ HEM)

[SPECIFICATION]

European wide flange beams
1) Dim.: HE A, HE B and HE M 100 - 1000 in accordance with former standard EU 53-62; HE 1000 with GHE> GHEM in accordance with ASTM A 6/A 6M - 12 HE AA 100-1000 in accordance with AM standard

2) Tolerances: EN 10034: 1993 HE 100 - 900; HE 1000 AA-M ASTM A 6/A 6M - 12 HE 1000 with GHE>GHE M

3) Surface condition: according to EN 10163-3: 2004, class C, subclass 1

  • H-SHAPE는 일반적으로 HEA/ HEB/ HEM으로 분류됨
  • HEA/ HEB/ HEM 순으로 H형강의 높이(h) 및 web/ flange 두께가 두꺼워짐
  • HEA와 HEB의 flange 폭은 동일하며, HEM이 다소 큼
  • HEA 부재는 주로 보 부재로, HEB 부재는 기둥 및 주 거더용으로 사용.
  • HEM의 경우, 하중을 많이 지지해야 하는 중앙부에 사용하는 기둥용 부재로 주로 사용됨.

  • KS I-형강처럼 Flange 단부로 가면서, 두께가 줄어들지 않는 특징을 보임
