MODULE SEA-TRANSPORTATION (SEA-FASTENING)

요즘 플랜트 설계에서 가장 관심을 가지는 분야 중 하나가, PLANT MODULE 설계가 아닌가 생각합니다.

 

오늘은 육상에서 MODULE을 완성 후, 해양 운송을 위한 SEA-FASTENING 과정에 대해 알아보고자 합니다.

1. SEA FASTENING

해상운송고박. 제작 장소에서 설치장소까지 해상 운송 기간 중 장비 보호를 위하여

해상 바지와 구조물 사이에 추가로 필요한 지지대를 설치하고 보호하는 작업

2. SEA-FASTENING CONSIST OF

1) Connection with the module (pad-eye)

2) Bracing (Pipes)

3) Connection with the deck(Pad-eye + Grillage)

3. BRACING CONNECTION

1) Connection: PIN-PIN Pipes: connected to the module and to the deck by Pined to the Pad-eye

2) Installation of Pipes

- Transversal bracing: Fixed length.

- Longitudinal bracing: Fixed length.

 

4. FIXED LENGTH PROCEDURE (STEPS)

1) Install bracing and temporary support at yard or wharf

2) Position module as per stowage plan on SPV

3) Transfer load from SPMT to Stools

4) Remove temporary support and adjust bracing to 60 degrees angle

5) Sliding Pin/ pin grillage into the bracing bottom pad eye

6) Insert pin between bracing and grillage

7) Seafasten grillage on SPV deck.
