Ask interesting and meaningful questions

when you get outside of the office. 

When I'm traveling the country, 

every night I'll have dinner with people in the company. 

And I like to ask questions like

"What's your underlying motivation? 

What's something that's happened this week

that meant a lot to you?" 

And when you go around the table, 

and people really open up and

are able to engage, 

it sets a different tone. 

When people come back to the office, 

they can see each other

and they know each other in a deeper way.

회사 밖에서는

흥미롭고 의미 있는 질문을 하세요. 

제가 여행을 간다면, 

저는 매일 밤 회사 사람들과 함께

저녁을 먹을 거예요. 

그리고

"당신의 근본적인 동기부여는 무엇인가요? 

이번 주에 당신에게 크게 의미 있던 것은 무엇인가요?"

같은 질문을 할 거예요.

모두에게 질문하며 이야기하다 보면

사람들이 진정으로 마음을 열고

소통하게 되어 새로운 분위기를 형성할 수 있어요. 

그래서 다시 회사로 돌아왔을 때, 

서로를 다른 시선으로 바라보고

서로를 좀 더 깊이 알 수 있답니다.
