Pick up the phone and dial. 

We've hired thousands of employees. 

And I've personally called every single one of them 

to welcome them to the Compass family. 

 

I'm able to set the tone of really

what I want the company to be. 

Where, you know,

people go above and beyond 

to make people feel welcomed and

to give people a sense of belonging. 

 

And sometimes I call people on their last day of work. 

When people leave,

sometimes they're more transparent than they ever were

when they were still at the company. 

And so it's a great opportunity to get feedback 

that is very hard to get otherwise.

우리는 수많은 직원을 고용했습니다. 

그리고 저는 그 직원들에게 한 통 한 통 전화를 걸며 

Compass의 가족이 된 걸 환영했습니다. 

이를 통해서

제가 바라던 회사의 분위기를 만들 수 있었어요. 

직원들 모두가 환영받고 있음을 알려주고 

소속감을 느끼게 해 주려고

다들 적극적으로 노력했죠. 

그리고 저는 가끔 회사를 떠나는 사람의 마자막 날에 전화합니다. 

때때로 사람들은 회사를 떠날 때 

회사에 있던 그 어느 때보다 더 솔직해지거든요. 

그래서 평소에는 얻기 힘든 피드백을 받을 수도 있답니다.
