We know this --

the time of our life is so short,

and how we spend it --

are we spending it doing what's important to us?

Most of us not.

I mean, it's hard.

The pull of habit is so huge,

and that's what makes kids so beautifully creative,

is that they don't have any habits,

and they don't care if they're any good or not, right?

They're not building a sandcastle going,

"I think I'm going to be a really good sandcastle builder."

They just throw themselves at whatever project you put in front of them

-- dancing, doing a painting, building something: any opportunity they have,

they try to use it to impress upon you their individuality.

It's so beautiful.

우리 모두 삶의 시간은 매우 짧다는 걸 알고 있죠.

그 시간을 우리는 어떻게 보내고 있나요?

우리에게 중요한 일을 하는 데 소비하고 있나요?

대부분은 그렇지 않습니다.

그렇게 사는 것은 어렵습니다.

습관의 끌어당김은 매우 큽니다.

그래서 아이들이 창의적인 거죠.

어떤 습관도 없기 때문이죠.

좋은지 나쁜지 신경 쓰지 않습니다.

아이들은 모래성을 만들면서

"나는 정말 좋은 모래성을 짓는 사람이 될 거 같아."라고 하지 않죠.

아이들은 앞에 놓인 어떤 프로젝트든 춤추거나,

그림을 그리거나 무언가 만드는 것에 자신들을 던집니다.

어떤 기회든 그것을 사용해 여러분에게 그들의 개성을 표현하려고 합니다.

아름답죠.
